Tin Mining Guide

By admin | May 11, 2009

Here we are at tin. You may see that the tin mining guide may replicate some of the copper mining guide routes, but be assure they are not the same. Each route if in the same location has been altered to fit the current route. You will see this frequently throughout this large mining guide. Let’s get started.

WoW Tin Mining Guide

Hillsbrad Foothills is one of the first alliance/horde zones making this the best place for both factions to go for their tin mining needs. Only thing wrong with this route is the fact that it is alliance/horde… if you are one a pvp server you might want to watch out for those ganks. Especially from higher levels attempting to mine. This is a more horde zone because of the undead starting zone being closer. The southern part of the route will provide the most tin nodes and mines which means fast leveling!

WoW Tin Mining Guide

Redridge is an exclusive alliance tin mining route. Although exclusive they will be paying in how prosperous this route is. Unless you feel like running the outside of Redridge for hit and miss nodes, your only choice would up north near the exit. Another complication is that the mobs up there are higher level then the zone. I only really would recommend this route if you find it hard to mine in other locations.

WoW Tin Mining Guide

Thousand Needles is the horde exclusive tin mining route. This is also a good “transition” route for mithril. So if you find yourself right there about to be able to mine iron; you might want to consider mining here for your tin.

Hello, just wanna say that you can go to the Jangolode mine in Westfall. Some mobs though mostly not that high and very much tin nodes. I recommend that lower lvl people who are questing get in a group and mine together. There is a lot of tin to be shared there so don’t worry about that.
